You brush and floss your teeth every day, right? I hope you do…

Why do you do that? Here are the common answers I hear:

“to keep my teeth healthy”

“to prevent cavities”

“to have a nice smile”

Basically, this boils down to maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Your body requires regular maintenance habits that keep it healthy. Brushing your teeth is one example. Taking a shower is another. Eating healthy food. Getting regular movement/exercise. These are all little things you do (or should do) on a consistent basis in order to maintain overall health and well-being.

Regular chiropractic care is an often overlooked piece of the health maintenance puzzle. A really important piece of the puzzle. One that makes a profound and lasting impact on your life and health. If you aren’t having your spine checked on at least a once per week basis, you’re missing out on next level living.

Not having your spine checked regularly is like never brushing your teeth. Getting it checked once a month? Once a year? Would you only brush your teeth that often and expect good oral health?

Enough on that, you get the point. Thanks for reading – much love until next time!
